the rate are all inclusive of linen and services
The pricing for the villa is based on occupancy of eleven persons.
If you decide on booking or any time before the balance is due that you want to take extra persons
(the villa can accommodate up to 15 or 19 if you use "Z") then there is an additional charge of 150
Euros per person per week.
We do not charge for young persons aged 15 - or under.
